Project Research
The project research section of the ReCCLE consists of a laboratory and a research office.
1. Laboratory:
The Project Research Laboratory of ReCCLE is equipped with all standard and modern instruments for various biogeochemical experients including the Finnigan MAT Delta S mass spectrometer used to decode the isotopic (both carbon and oxygen isotopes) characteristics of carbonate samples, sediments, and organic materials from Lake Nakaumi and Shinji.
2. Research office:
Currently, there are three guest staff members (extramural researchers), stationed in this office. The details of their respective specializations and areas of research can be seen from the section of individual homepages of the ReCCLE staff. This office has a comfortable presentation / meeting room along with all required facilities for relaxed discussions and personal research. Both the project research laboratory and office are open to all researchers including those from other universities and institutes.
